KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assistant Professor / Lecturer

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions effectively.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills.
• Prepare and update course materials in accordance with the curriculum.
• Guide and support students both inside and outside the classroom.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ academic performance regularly.
• Mentor students in their academic and professional development.
• Participate in research, projects, and departmental activities.
• Maintain a professional, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Lab Instructor

• Conduct and assist in laboratory and practical sessions effectively.
• Provide clear guidance and demonstrations during laboratory work.
• Guide and support students both inside and outside the laboratory.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ practical performance.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and records properly.
• Ensure proper safety and discipline in the laboratory.
• Assist students with practical assignments and projects.
• Support faculty members in academic and departmental activities.

Lab Assistant

• Assist in laboratory sessions and practical activities.
• Prepare and arrange laboratory equipment, tools, and materials.
• Support students and faculty members during laboratory work.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and records.
• Ensure safety and proper organization of the laboratory.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Strong subject knowledge and technical competence in the relevant field.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an academic and laboratory environment.

• Experience: More than 1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
