1. Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part-Time (Home-Based Therapy Services)

Location: Kathmandu (Inside Ring Road)

No. of Workdays: 5 days per week (flexible)

Time Per Day: 1.5 hours per day

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide home-based therapy services in a professionally set up therapy room funded by the employer. The role involves assessing the client, designing an individualized therapy plan, conducting regular sessions, and tracking progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed functional and sensory-motor assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide structured therapy sessions in the home-based therapy room.
• Maintain detailed session records and progress tracking reports.
• Coordinate with family members for home-based carryover activities.
• Recommend necessary therapy equipment and assist with setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with autistic children
• Proven expertise in therapy planning, execution, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

• Salary Range: NPR 45,000 – 55,000 per month
• Travel Allowance: NPR 4,000 per month
• Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

2. Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time (Home-Based Therapy Services)

Location: Kathmandu (Inside Ring Road)

No. of Workdays: 5 days per week (flexible)

Time Per Day: 1 hour per day

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based speech therapy sessions in a professionally equipped therapy room funded by the employer. The role includes evaluating communication needs, designing and delivering therapy, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop individualized therapy plans targeting communication goals.
• Deliver structured speech therapy sessions in the home-based therapy room.
• Document progress, prepare reports, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Provide strategies and guidance for family involvement in communication development.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech & Hearing Sciences.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with autistic children
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development and intervention methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation

• Salary Range: NPR 30,000 – 35,000 per month
• Travel Allowance: NPR 4,000 per month
• Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

Note: Time preferably before 9:00 AM or after 3:00 PM (including weekends if mutually agreed).
