International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.

For the following positions Community Project- INF Kalikot, and Central Office Pokhara- INF Nepal is seeking competent, skilled, service-oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who share our vision, missions, and values.

1. Position: Project Officer

Required No: 1

Location: INF, Kalikot

Purpose of the Job:

The post holder will be responsible for the designing, planning, and results-based implementation of project activities at the RM level. The post holder will work along with the team members and will be responsible for coordinating and establishing the linkages amongst all the project team members, groups, stakeholders, and line agencies and provide timely, accurate, reports to the project coordinator.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture/ rural development/ social science with a minimum of 3 years of experience in community development projects.
• Demonstrates good knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and monitoring and reporting (PMER).
• Candidate must have knowledge of climate change and livelihood, Disaster Risk and Reduction, LDCRP, CPDRM, etc.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Good project management skills, ability to plan, organize supervise, and implement community-based projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Excellent computer skills- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. 
• Willing and able to travel to remote parts of Nepal.
• Understanding of and commitment to safeguarding child safety, and protection from sexual abuse and exploitation principles.
• In agreement with the vision, mission, and values of INF.

2. Position: Research Officer

Required No: 1

Location: Central Office Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder is responsible for supporting and coordinating research initiatives at INF Nepal. To conduct research activities and provide technical research support for research projects in INF Nepal.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge: 

• Bachelor’s degree in public health (BPH), health sciences, statistics, rural or international development, or a research-related field with a minimum of two years of work experience in the relevant field.
• Prior experience in research and evaluation of projects in either a clinical or community setting.
• Must have skills in quantitative research, including data collection, analysis, basic statistics, and scientific writing. Skills in qualitative research are an advantage.
• Good in English language both written and spoken.
• Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Computer competencies and general knowledge of Word, Excel, and PPT.
• Able to work with multidisciplinary teams and must be willing to travel.
• In agreement with the Vision, Mission, and Values of INF and able to demonstrate INF’s Values at work.

3. Position: Quality Improvement Manager

Required No: 1

Location: Central Office, Pokhara 

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder will support the identification and setting of quality benchmarks, and initiatives to improve operational excellence and the quality of services in INF Nepal, in line with the organization’s mission, vision, and values, and ensure benchmarks are reached.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge: 

• Master’s degree in any related field with at least 5 years of post- qualification work experience in related field.
• Must have experience in quality improvement either in clinical or community settings.
• Ability to provide meticulous oversight and evaluation with attention to detail.
• Efficiency with information gathering, time management, multitasking, project management, problem-solving, and conflict management.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analytics with the ability to take complex data sets, effectively data mine them, and through thorough analysis identify pertinent insights and interpret them, providing actionable insights to drive quality and process improvement activities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Computer competencies and general knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of change management techniques and tools.
• In agreement with the Vision, Mission, and Values of INF and able to demonstrate INF’s Values at work
