Job Description

• Greets individual entering the building and direct them to the appropriate personnel and or location
• The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls 
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain and updates employee and building information (e.g. schedules, staff directories, emergency contacts, etc.) in order to provide reference information
• Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
• Keep updated records of office expenses and cost
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist colleagues with administrative tasks

Job description

Due to our increasing success and growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Software Development Engineer at TechnoFex Ltd to support the end-to-end delivery of some of the most cutting-edge and complex digital transformations projects for our Fintech. This role would suit an experienced software developer with competent ASP.NET and C# development experience that would enjoy working in a smaller company and small team environment.

Software Development Engineer Responsibilities:

• Strong independent and proactive developer, aware of the need to adhere to company architecture and able to work effectively in a small team Working independently and within an Agile environment and ensuring the scrum disciplines are correctly followed.
• Maintain software traceability, update software documentation, use version control for all software and document changes
• Develop and use company procedures, processes, and consistent styles.
• Adhere to coding standards when developing software
• Manage complex software projects; plan, track and manage development tasks.

Software Development Engineer core skills:

• Good experience of ASP.NET and C# development would be preferred.
• Experience of python programming and microservices frameworks would also be useful
• Experience implementing robust and structured software code within an Agile environment
• Good experience of back end, server-side software development and front end, web based, user interfaces
• Proactive, innovative, and able to work in a small team

Others

• Ideally a degree or similar in a relevant subject (e.g., Software engineering, computer science etc).
• Experience in SQL data base development would be ideal
• Good verbal and written communication skills appropriate to a highly technical environment.
• Experience of microservices frameworks would also be useful
• Knowledge of structuring relational databases would be great
• Good verbal and written communication skills appropriate to a highly technical environment.
• Appreciation of formal design methods and processes (e.g., V Model, Agile, Scrum)

Location: Kathmandu

Solution Architect Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of defining, developing, and implementing solutions within our Enterprise Architecture 
• Collaborate with customers, development, and business groups to guide, advise, and communicate on critical architectural principles
• Research and stay current with new technologies and innovation to help create and identify potential new solutions.
• Partnering with Architects and cross-functional technical teams to provide consultancy, leadership, communication and to promote software engineering best-practices
• Defining and implementing a technology strategy to align with business requirements and to generate new ideas and innovations
• Providing architecture and design guidance for reviewing changes, large development projects and technical evaluations of new technology
• Leading a cross-functional technical architecture team to identify, research and coordinate resources to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose complex project issues

Solution Architect core skills/knowledge:

• Experience in overseeing a diverse portfolio covering cloud and SaaS based applications
• Understanding of large multinational enterprises and their associated back-office business processes and data including Sales, Finance, Marketing and Business Intelligence
• Experience in supporting business simplification and cost optimisation initiatives
• Experience in designing and overseeing internal shared service capabilities, establishing strong internal partnerships to achieve a common goal
• Have experience working with cloud-based data intelligence platforms
• Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences
• Enjoy collaborating and leading teams to design a strategy to solve problems and implement innovative solutions
• Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build relationships with stakeholders, teams, and vendors across our business
