Centre for Sustainable Development Studies (CSDS) is an up growing fully Nepali-owned consultancy company registered with the Government of Nepal. From its establishment, CSDS is providing technical and consulting support to the Local Government and I/NGOs in capacity development, development management, profile information management system. CSDS is committed to establish its reputation for delivering quality work in the field of designing and undertaking logical framework-based development planning; third party monitoring and evaluation; impact assessment; baseline, mid-line, end-line surveys; research, data collection & analysis; program design and rural livelihood improvement.
Our core areas of expertise are in the field of designing online database platform, Household Level Survey, Data Management, and Resource Mapping using Open Street Maps, Google Earth, Satelite Image in Arc GIS 10.4+ in the field of Local Governance, Capacity Development of Local Governments, Local Level Planning, Climate Change, WASH, Integrated Project management and Disaster Risk Reduction.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Masters degree for Experts and Bachelors for other position preferred
- Minimum of five years of functioning experience
- Fulltime availability
- Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and fundraising
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
- Excellent language abilities in both English and Nepali and other Provincial Languages
- Knowledge of Email, Internet and Social Media
- Nepali typing
Other Specification
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
