1. Inventory/Parts Supervisor

• To be able to handle the maintenance and operations of the inventory of spare parts and consumables.
• Knowledge of Bin card system
• To be able to prepare consumption analysis/parts analysis for dead stock, ageing and ordering purposes.
• Maintenance of a minimum balance of spare parts and consumables.
• Reconciliation with books of accounts and physical verification periodically.
• With own transport and license

2. Accounts Executive

• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in accounts & finance and with an increasing level of responsibility.
• Good analytical skills in financial analysis and to be able to prepare reports
• Able to liaise with banks including LC management and various operations
• Able to work and communicate independently with banks, auditors and accountants, clients and management
• Budgeting, analyzing, of finances/fund management
• Working experience in accounting software
• Meticulous and able to develop financial systems
• Time management skills
• Good command in written and spoken English/Nepali languages
• Should be with his/her own transportation

3. Service Advisor

• To be able to study and learn about new products and complete solutions for the automobile sector – A GO GREEN INITIATIVE
• To conduct training and do presentations
• To market, promote and recommend services to workshops, organizations and individuals.
• To be able to develop and negotiate contracts with distributors, suppliers and customers
• To develop distribution networks for current and upcoming products
• To be able to monitor the utilization and efficiency of technicians
• To be able to promote a positive attitude to create a cohesive team which will take the business forward.
• To analyses services done and monitor performance
• Should be with his/her own transportation

4. Sales Executive

• Preference will be given to a person having Automobile or related background in either their education or experience.
• MBA/Masters in marketing/finance/BBA with specialization in Marketing
• Willing to learn and capable of working in a team and independently with a demanding workload.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding, persuasion skills.
• Able to collect market/industry data and perform analysis.
• Pro-active, hands-on, communication skills
• Must have initiative to be creative and come up with plans and ideas for sales campaigns.
• Proficiency in operating Computer Packages, social media
• Candidates need to have 2 or more years of experience in related fields.
