Travel Consultant/ Ticketing officer

DUTIES

Travel Arrangements: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements.

-Proper knowledge of  reservation system  (GDS) Amadeus, Sabre is must.

-Itinerary Design: Based on the company’s and client's interests and timeframe, create customized travel itineraries that include recommended activities, sightseeing, and free time.

-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning and booking process. Promptly respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide support during the trip.

-Stay updated on the latest travel promotions, discounts, and special offers. Inform clients about these opportunities and help them take advantage of cost-saving options when available.

-          Receive phone calls and handle customer inquiries in a very professional form with politeness.

-          Handling reservations and ticketing by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS) Amadeus, Sabre.

-          Keeping a proper record of their sales.

-          Handling of end-consumer and trade enquiries via calls and emails.

-          Follow on client’s enquiries.

-          The Company agrees to pay a certain number of bonuses depending upon sales/or  the work performed in each month, on top of salary.
