Poly Changda Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 1952. As a high-tech enterprise that integrates engineering construction, design, maintenance, and investment, Poly Changda has the special level qualification for general contracting of highway engineering construction, Class A qualification for highway industry design, and general contracting qualification for port and waterway, municipal engineering, construction, and railway engineering. 1. JOB REQUIREMENT for Translator/Interpreter (Chinese-Nepalese)

  1. can speak Chinese, English and Nepalese frequently (priority will be given to those who can read Chinese characters);

   2.have active attitude on work, be responsible for the job;

   3.it will be better to know about construction issues;

   4.priority will be given to male.

2. JOB REQUIREMENT for Bridge Engineer and  Civil Highway Engineer:

1.have enough knowledge of Bridge Engineering and Civil Highway Engineering, especially the suspension bridge, cable-stayed bridge, beam bridge, girder bridge, box girder bridge,rigid-frame bridge, and construction road/highway and the construction of the structures;

2.have fluent English speaking,, if can speak some Chinese will be mostly welcome you join to us;

3.have active attitude on work, be responsible;

4.have working experience for over 10-15 years, including at least 5-7 years experience in bridge contruction or highway/road construction.

3. JOB REQUIREMENT for Geologist:

1.have enough knowledge of geological issues;

2.have fluent English speaking;

3.have active attitude on work, be responsible;

4.have working experience for over 10-15 years, including at least 5-7 years experience in geological issues.

4. JOB REQUIREMENT for QA/QC

1.Developing Quality Control Plans: create and implement quality control plans that outline the procedures, methods, and criteria for quality assurance throughout the construction process. This includes identifying critical control points, establishing testing protocols, and documenting inspection procedures.

2.Overseeing Testing and Quality Assurance Activities: coordinate and supervise various tests and quality assurance activities, such as material testing, structural inspections, and non-destructive testing. Ensure that tests are conducted accurately and results are recorded and analyzed for compliance.

3.Documenting and Reporting: maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities. Prepare reports summarizing findings, non-compliance issues, and recommendations for improvement. Ensure that relevant documentation, such as permits and certificates, is properly filed.

4.Collaborating with Stakeholders: work closely with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address quality-related concerns. Provide guidance on quality control requirements and facilitate effective communication to resolve any issues.

5.Continuous Improvement: constantly strive for improvement by monitoring processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and suggesting corrective actions. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure that projects meet the latest quality requirements.
