TENDER NOTICE

The Technical Support Cooperation to the School Education Sector (TECSES) project, supported by Finland and the European Union and implemented by HY+, is a 5-year initiative focused on improving teacher education in Nepal. It works in close collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES), as well as provincial and local governments and universities.

TECSES is inviting Tender to establish an agreement for “Supply, Delivery & Installation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Equipment in Madhesh Province.”

Interested service providers may obtain the Tender Document as follows:

• In Person: Collect the documents from the TECSES Project Office, Kathmandu.

Submission Procedure:

Bids must be submitted in the following manner:

• Physical Submission: In a Single-Stage: Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, deposited at the TECSES Project Office, Kathmandu.

Last Date for Bid Submission: Friday, 27 November 2026, 2:00 PM (Nepal Time)

The TECSES Project reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, either wholly or partially, or to cancel the entire tender process without assigning any reason whatsoever.
