TENDER NOTICE

United Mission to Nepal (UMN) is an international NGO working in community development projects, including disaster risk reduction and humanitarian response.

UMN seeks and invites sealed tenders/bidders from registered manufacturers/firms/suppliers to supply and deliver food and shelter items to support and distribute to the Rasuwa flood-affected districts.  

The interested supplier/bidder can access and download detailed items from UMN’s website, with quantities and specifications, and the Terms of Reference (TOR), along with the required legal documents of your firm, from www.umn.org.np/tender

Bidders must submit clear scanned copies of their bid documents via email to procurement@umn.org.np by 5:00 pm on 5 September 2026. Bids with insufficient supporting documents and hard copies are not acceptable. 

UMN reserves the right to accept or reject, in part/or in whole, any tender without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not be obligated to accept the lowest offer.
