Ltd. is a prominent trading company, engaged in supplying specialized equipment and technical solutions to esteemed government offices, engineering consultants, universities, laboratories, hydropower projects, contractors, and infrastructure development organizations throughout Nepal.

We are seeking a motivated and technically competent professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Engineer specializing in Geotechnical, Material Testing, and Civil / structural Engineering Laboratory Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market geotechnical, material testing, laboratory, surveying, engineering and related technological Equipment throughout Nepal.
• Visit government offices, ministries, departments, universities, engineering consultants, hydropower projects, contractors, laboratories, and infrastructure projects to identify opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance regarding equipment applications.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Maintain regular reporting of sales activities and customer visits.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, material testing, laboratory testing, construction quality control, engineering consultancy, technical sales, or related fields.
• Sound understanding of:
  • Soil Testing and Geotechnical Engineering
  • Rock Mechanics
  • Concrete, Cement and Aggregate Testing
  • Asphalt, Bitumen and Pavement Engineering Testing
  • Geotechnical Investigation and Site Characterization
  • Mining and Quarry Material Testing
  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
  • Laboratory and Field Testing Equipment
  • International Standards including ASTM, AASHTO, BS, EN and IS
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and engineering reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Nepal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving license / own two wheeler will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with engineering laboratories, consulting firms, hydropower projects, contractors, or government organizations.
• Experience in technical sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with public procurement and tendering processes.
