Team Leader (Python/ Laravel)

Key Responsibilities

      ·   Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers.

      ·  Actively design, develop, and maintain applications using Python and Laravel.

      ·  Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.

      ·  Review code and ensure best development practices and quality standards.

      ·  Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements.

     ·  Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·         Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

·         Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Software Developer.

·         Strong hands-on experience in Python and Laravel.

·         Knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), APIs, and Git.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
