System Administrator

We are an internationally recognized educational institution seeking a highly motivated and driven System Administrator to join our digital innovation team. Reporting to the CTO, the System Administrator will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure both remotely and on-site. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take their experience and knowledge in System Administration to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the systems infrastructure
• Contribute to technical projects
• Perform monitoring of networks
• Perform preventative maintenance of hardware and operating systems and associated network application
• Maintain computer network administrative records of hardware and software installed
• Maintain adequate networking knowledge
• Proficient in LMS Platform
• Proficient in setting up and configuring servers in Azure and AWS
• Proficient in Office365, SharePoint, and Azure AD
• Proficient in Ubuntu

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience as a System Administrator
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning
