Support Officer
Details / requirements:
Roles and Responsiblities
-Install and configure OMS Accounting Software and other applications.
-Monitor and Guide the clients to run the application Smoothly.
-Talk with staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
-Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving software faults.
-Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
-Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
-Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
-Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
-Test and evaluate new technology.
-Should must have knowledge of all our products to be capable to elaborate to customer.
Requirement.
-Candidate must be from Management Background.
-Must be +2 Passed.
-Basic Computer Knowledge (i.e. M.S. Office Package, word, excel).
-Basic Accounts Knowledge.
-Basic Knowledge of email, internet.
Note
-Freshers are welcome.
-Experienced in related field will be treated likewise.
