Supply and Delivery of an Electric Vehicle

Supply and Delivery of an Electric Vehicle
DCA is seeking quotations from authorized vehicle suppliers with the capacity to supply and deliver a new electric vehicle as specified in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Interested suppliers are requested to carefully review the specifications outlined in the RFQ and submit their quotations in accordance with the provided instructions.
Suppliers shall complete and submit the following documents with their quotation:
- The attached Quotation Submission Form
- Technical specifications of the proposed vehicle (datasheet)
- References for background information of the company. (Shall only be submitted if the supplier has not delivered to the Contracting Authority before)
- Manufacturer’s Authorization (if the Supplier is not the manufacturer)
- Copy of Company Registration, Copy of VAT registration, Copy of Tax Clearance FY 2081/2082 and etc
The submission deadline: 22 April 2026 at 17:00 hrs.
