Swotah Travel & Adventure is seeking a high-caliber Business Development & Lead Senior Travel Consultant to spearhead our global partnerships. If you have a proven track record in managing international OTA platforms like Tripadvisor and Viator, and you possess the strategic mindset to handle complex contract negotiations with global vendors, this is the career-defining role for you. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage international B2B partnerships with travel agencies and operators
- Lead outreach, proposals, contract negotiation, and long-term partner relations
- Manage OTA platforms (Tripadvisor, Tourradar, Viator, GYG) and digital distribution
- Represent Swotah at travel fairs, meetings, and virtual networking events
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in tourism, travel operations, or business development
- Strong professional writing skills and confidence in formal communication
- Ability to work independently and handle multi-department coordination
- Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, emails, spreadsheets, and OTA platforms
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential
