Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mid-Level / Junior Software Test Engineers to join our growing QA team. In this role, you will be involved in the software development lifecycle to ensure product quality and performance. Key Responsibilities:

·       Execute manual test cases and assist in developing automation scripts.

·       Create and maintain test documentation such as test cases and defect logs.

·       Identify and report software bugs using tracking tools like Jira.

·       Work closely with senior testers and developers to understand features and resolve issues.

·       Perform various types of testing including:
       Functional / Non-Functional Testing

       Regression Testing

       Usability Testing

       Mobile Testing (basic understanding is sufficient)

       Compatibility Testing

·       Participate in requirement reviews and raise concerns regarding testability.

·       Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with stakeholders.

·       Join daily scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements:

·       1–3 years of experience in software testing (manual; automation exposure is a plus).

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

·       Basic understanding of SDLC/STLC and core testing principles.

·       Experience writing and executing test cases.

·       Exposure to bug tracking tools like Jira.

·       Willingness to learn automation tools such as Selenium.

·       Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

·       Good verbal and written communication skills.

·       Ability to work well in a team-oriented, agile environment.

Preferred Skills:

       Familiarity with automation frameworks and basic scripting knowledge.

       Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

       Knowledge of QA processes within Agile/Scrum development.
