Sustainable Solutions P. Ltd is looking for two full time, Software Support Staff (you might think “customer support,” but it’s more than that). 

About Us

Our mSupply software is the most used software in the world for health supply chain management in low & middle income countries. We work in over 40 countries around the world.

We have a wonderful team spanning 5 countries, with about 18 staff in Nepal.

About You

We are looking for Software Support staff who will:

• Want to work with us because our mission to make medicines available wherever they’re needed is something that excites and motivates you.

• Be able to understand how software works and read specifications, user guides, and work procedures and follow them closely.

• Have a good working knowledge of computers, networks, and mobile devices.

• Be thorough and careful.

• Have strong skills in understanding logical workflows and business processes.

• Be able to work in a team and mentor other team members in areas where you have more skill.

• Be able to communicate clearly in written English.

• Be exposed to database systems like Postgres and SQLite.

• Having some programming experience would be great. 

• Be willing to commit to us for 3 years minimum. Seriously.

Job Details

• Category: Software support

• Starting Salary: Based on your ability. (Juniors start at Rs.50,000 annualised minimum, with benefits). Staff who stay with us and grow their skills (or come with good skills) earn much more

• Position Type: Full Time / Contract

• Openings: 2

• Education: Ideally a degree in IT, but other degrees might also equip you well.

• City: Lalitpur (near Gwarko Chowk)

• Work from Home (WFH) will not be entertained :-).  We believe in a working community spirit. 

How will you be evaluated?

• Your online answers will be reviewed. Don’t use AI - you will be tested in person at the next stage, so you are wasting your time and ours if you use AI for these answers

• We will conduct an in-person test at our office.

• You will be invited for an interview once we have chosen candidates with a good skill level.
