Social Media & Marketing Specialist [REMOTE]

We are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to manage and grow GoretoX’s online presence. This role will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing social media channels, running campaigns, and building brand awareness across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company's social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule content (posts, stories, reels, carousels) using brand guidelines
• Manage social media engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and build community
• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive awareness and conversions
• Track and report KPIs (reach, engagement, followers, conversions, ROI)
• Work with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma) and AI tools to generate creative assets
• Collaborate with the team to align content with marketing campaigns, launches, and events
• Research competitors and trends to ensure GoretoX stays innovative and relevant
• Support email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
• Suggest growth strategies: influencer collaborations, partnerships, SEO-friendly content

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Marketing Specialist (2+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok algorithms
• Skilled in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar)
• Familiar with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Experience in running ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Passion for edtech, mentorship, and community building is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup environments

• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Buffer, Hootsuite AI)

• Ability to create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok
