Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Handler. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, has excellent communication skills, and can create engaging content to connect with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos.

• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity.

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

• Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organisations.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 10 + 2 or Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• At least one year of experience in social media management.

• Proficiency in using social media scheduling tools.

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) a plus.
