Key Responsibilities:

Understand and interpret architectural and MEP drawings

Supervise and manage on-site workforce and labor teams

Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and consultants

Ensure daily site progress as per the work schedule

Monitor material usage and maintain site discipline

Maintain site reports and update project manager regularly
-
Ensure safety standards and quality execution
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior or fit-out projects

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)

Good leadership and communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Should be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Should have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil-related works
