Detailed Job description / requirements:

We are an internationally recognized educational institution seeking a dedicated and skilled Level 1 Service Desk Officer to join our dynamic team. The primary role of the successful candidate will be to provide Level 1 support to staff and students remotely. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and efficient support to users on Moodle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, DMS, and Eform portal inquiries
  • Address student inquiries regarding assignments and courses
  • Assist trainers with queries related to batches and courses
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support for resolution
  • Thoroughly document issue details and resolution steps in the tracking system
  • Monitor and report on the IT infrastructure's status and performance
  • Train staff on the usage of system tools and applications
  • Offer first-level technical support and assistance via remote management software
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, providing solutions or workarounds remotely when possible.
