SEO/SMM Specialist

Synex Technology is an Australia based IT company delivering managed services, cloud and cyber solutions to businesses nationwide. We are hiring a results driven SEO and Social Media Specialist to grow our organic reach and brand presence. This role is fully remote and collaborates closely with marketing and service delivery teams.

What you will do

• Build and execute an integrated SEO and social media strategy that drives qualified traffic and leads
• Use leading SEO tools and follow best practice guidance to plan, implement and refine on page and off page optimisation
• Research and analyse keywords to identify high impact targets for each service line and location
• Conduct competitor analysis and translate insights into actionable tactics for content, technical SEO and link acquisition
• Optimise website content including landing pages, blogs and metadata to improve rankings and conversions
• Plan and schedule social content on a regular basis across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X
• Create a monthly social media calendar with themes, copy prompts and asset briefs
• Track performance using analytics and search console then report results and recommendations
• Partner with designers and writers to deliver SEO informed content at a high standard
• Manage additional SEO tasks as required
