SEO Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies, analyzing website performance, and maximizing visibility to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve rankings for target keywords
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimization
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and meta elements (titles, descriptions, etc.)
• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies
• Track, report, and analyse SEO and web performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz
• Monitor and analyse competitors’ SEO activities and performance
• Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded
• Recommend changes to website architecture, internal linking, and user experience for improved SEO
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing techniques
• Manage and improve the company's organic search performance.
• Sound knowledge at WordPress, Customized CMS, Shopify, Odoo etc.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in SEO.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sound understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development processes.
• Ability to mentor and review the work of Junior.
