JOB TITLE: SEO EXPERT

VIS is looking for qualified and experienced SEO Expert to join our SEO Team in Kathmandu. We’re looking for someone who is willing to push the boundaries of their own knowledge, challenge perceived wisdom and deliver amazing results for our portfolio of websites; which are based in one of the most competitive online industries.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Setting the SEO strategy for the team.
• Ensure that all websites and internet properties under your influence have been technically optimized to attract and engage those visitors that closely match the agreed profile of the target audience
• Create the necessary technical architecture
• Build systems and protocols internally that ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences (websites, mobile, social, video, blogs, retail portals etc)
• Help set, and work to, performance indicators for SEO that everyone understands and which complement overall marketing and business objectives
• Promote both offsite and onsite activities and also the interactions that build ranking, profile and traffic
• Reporting of the progress on SEO projects.

REQUIREMENT SKILLS:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the search engine industry, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
• Understanding of web analytics.
• Proven ability to create reports; understands ROI; and select relevant data for analysing future actions.
• Highly numerate with good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and team player.
• Should have knowledge of Dreamweaver, SEO software, Blogging websites etc.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, HTML5/CSS3, PHP
• Excellent in preparing Project Report/proposals.
• Most Important, should be able to bring the website to the top rank in Google with guarantee.
• Knowledge of PPC
