Senior Manager – Dyeing Operations

    Position Summary

    We are looking for a strong and confident person to lead our dyeing department. This role is focused on managing the team, especially dyeing managers, and making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

       The right person should be vocal, assertive, and able to take full control of the department.

    Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dyeing managers and their teams
• Make sure daily operations run smoothly and meet production targets
• Keep track of quality, output, and timelines
• Solve problems by guiding the team and making clear decisions
• Ensure everyone is following company rules and processes
• Work closely with other departments like production and quality
• Improve efficiency and reduce mistakes or delays
• Hold team members accountable for their performance

    Requirements

• Experience in dyeing or textile factory operations (preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Confident, vocal, and able to take charge
• Good understanding of factory operations
• Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions
