Senior JavaScript Developer (React.js / Next.js / Node.js)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior JavaScript Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building modern web and mobile applications using the latest JavaScript technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and fellow developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.

• Build secure and scalable backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces.

• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional JavaScript development experience.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

• Extensive experience with:

  • React.js

  • Next.js

  • Node.js

  • Express.js

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive design.

• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and authentication (JWT, OAuth).

• Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab/Docker

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).

• Experience with React Native or other cross-platform mobile frameworks.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
