New Dimension Engineering Service is a private engineering consulting firm, established in 2066 B.S. Since its establishment NDESP Nepal is providing expertise solution on full architectural design service that includes from concept design to construction. Company is providing service ranging from private houses, villa educational institute, commercial complex, banks restaurants, building, residential building, and offices. 

Qualification and Experience: 

• Master's Degree in Architectural design or related field OR Bachelor Degree in Architecture with more than 7 years of working experience.
• Must have good communication and staff management skill 
• An excellent computer skill on Microsoft office package, Autocad, sketch-up, Lumion, V-ray
• Must have Previous Work Experience of Architectural design of Buildings, Complexes, Apartments, Landscape designs, Government Projects etc.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent in using software like Autocad, Sketch-Up, Lumion, V-ray and more
• Preparation of Architectural Drawings of Residential Buildings, Corporate Buildings, Complexes, Government Buildings, Landscape Designs, Interior and Exterior 3D modelling and Rendering, Knowledge of Physical Modelling. 
• Coordinate with structure engineer team and civil engineering team for complete handover of design project
• Strong organizing and communication abilities. 
• Ability to mentor and guide junior architects.
• Awareness of the project’s finances, schedule, and budget.
• Create manuals, guides, case studies, etc., for resource- and energy-efficient building design.
• Engage in on-site monitoring and carry out performance monitoring of buildings. 
• Researching and creating engineering and architectural blueprints.
• Keeping an eye on the work of other architects and recommending changes or setting up workshops if necessary.
• Communicating with clients to make sure all concerns are resolved quickly and that project criterion are met.
• Assuring that everyone on the team contributes to achieving the objectives and target.
• Other task as assigned by Project Manager & Managing Director.
