Selection Coordinator

Job Purpose
The Selection Coordinator drives TFN's Fellowship recruitment pipeline by leading selection of outstanding university graduates and young professionals as Teach For Nepal
Key Responsibilities
Office Management / Culture
- Lead and participate in RSM meetings
- Active participation in Reflection, Check-In and team meetings
1. Manage the Funneling of the Candidates
- Process First Review, First Interview and Assessment center
- Send Acceptance & Rejection Email
- Conduct Interview and Assessment center
2. External Communication Management
- Email Management: apply@teachfornepal.org
- Creating Email Templates
3. Support the Assessment Centre and Interview
- Logistic Management (Interview and Assessment center)
- Documentation of the candidates record
- Proper disposal of non required documents
4. Documentation and Reporting
- Regular update in CRM - Salesforce
- Track and analyse the data to propose future steps
- Regular documentation of engagements with the output
- Managing excel for regular update of selection status

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 2 years work experience (STEM & Business graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Experience working with young people is preferred
- Experience coordinating events, campaigns or volunteer activities is preferred
- Strong in both Nepali and English languages
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Willing to travel in and outside Nepal if necessary
- Advanced skills in the office suite
