Sales Specialist

We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist based in Nepal to join a growing international project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any subject)
• Good communication and writing skills
• Languages: Nepali and English (at least intermediate level)
• Own computer/laptop and stable internet
• Experience in sales, customer support, or similar work is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Talk to clients (calls, messages) and answer their questions
• Help clients understand our services
• Find client needs and solve their problems
• Encourage clients to continue using our services
• Bring back inactive clients
• Record all work in the system (CRM)
• Work with the team to improve processes
• Follow company rules and keep information private
• Use tools like CRM, calls, and chat

What we offer:

• Salary: NPR 60,000 during probation, then NPR 70,000 + bonuses
• Full-time job: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (with 1-hour break)
