About GharSambhar
GharSambhar is a premium rental and property management platform that connects property owners with tenants while providing reliable property management services. We are expanding our team and are looking for energetic, motivated Sales Coordination cum Field Worker who enjoy meeting people and building local networks. We are also seeking a dedicated, organized, and proactive Sales Coordinator (preferably female) to support our growing operations based at home or our office.
Position 1: Sales Coordinator (Remote / Occasional site visits)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) | Sunday–Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with property owners, agents, and prospective clients via telephone and online platforms to collect property details for listing on the GharSambhar platform.
- Coordinate regularly with field staff to monitor daily progress, follow up on leads, and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain structured communication with the Co-Founder regarding sales activities, listings, and operational priorities.
- Record, organize, and update property information accurately in the company's database.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and support overall sales coordination activities.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or equivalent qualification (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Good command of Nepali and English.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, email, and internet).
- Strong organizational, reporting, and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, telemarketing, or administration will be an added advantage.

Position 2: Sales Coordination & Field Worker (Field-Based)
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local shops and businesses to introduce GharSambhar's services.
- Build partnerships with grocery stores, pharmacies, stationery shops, hotels, and other local businesses.
- Collect potential property leads for rental listings.
- Distribute business cards and place promotional materials with permission.
- Submit daily field reports and coordinate closely with the Sales Executive.
Requirements
- Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or equivalent qualification.
- Bike/Scooter license and own bike. (Fuel costs will be reimbursed).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and daily travel.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of Kathmandu Valley is an advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or field mobilization is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation
