Details / requirements:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Marketing & Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting company services, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle client inquiries, presentations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Nepali and English is require
- Knowledge of spoken Sherpa or Tibetan is highly desirable
- Strong team player with leadership qualities
- Working knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and digital tools
- Digitally savvy and proactive approach to work
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar field (preferred)
