Our Client, one of the largest multinational FMCG Company is looking for following professionals to be the part of their team. 1.RURAL SALES PROMOTER(RSP) – 7 (FOR DADELDHURA, SURKHET, BAGLUNG, SYANGJA, PALPA, ABU-KHAIRENI, BHAIRAHAWA) 2.SUPERVISOR – 8 (FOR MAHENDRANAGAR, GULERIYA, PYUTHAN, SALYAN, ILAM, TRISHULI, CHARIKOT, GULMI) Responsibilities of RSP & Supervisor: •Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting market) and driving RS system. •Analyze how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service. •Negotiate with his RS and develop his people on managing customers to obtain more business. •Monitor closely the competitive activities and provide feedback to Sales Head on appropriate action that the company needs to take to counter such activities. •Monitor systematically the performance of the RS and RS's sales team and take corrective action (infrastructure gaps) and train the RS Sales team to deliver the numbers. Requirements for RSP & Supervisor: •Graduate •Male/Female with age not exceeding 30 years •2-3 years of experience in Sales preferably in FMCG Company •Fresh candidate who fulfills the required skills are also encouraged to apply. •Excellent Communication Skill •Should posses valid two wheeler license 3.ADMIN ASSISTANT – 1 (FOR HETAUDA) Responsibilities: •Assists with the administration of HR & Admin programs including medical insurance, leave management etc. •Makes arrangements for employees and visiting guests in company, including travel, lodging, transportation, etc. •Provides administrative support to teams, including correspondence, travel arrangements, scheduling, conference calls and events coordination, maintenance of office supplies and equipment, calendars, Diaries, stationery etc. Requirements: •Graduate •Male/Female with age not exceeding 30 years •Fresh candidate who fulfills the required skills are also encouraged to apply. •Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skill Interested candidates are requested to e-mail their CV stating position with convenient location applied for in e-mail subject to hrd@suvidhasewa.com.np by 30th May 2012.
