Road construction Site Supervisor
Job Description
- Oversee the work at a road construction site
- Manage construction skilled and semi-skilled worker
- Inspect ongoing work, ensuring adherence to project requirement and specification
- Arranging necessary equipment, machinery and supplies
- Ensure compliance with construction project deadline
- Plan resource allocation
- Strict quality and cost control on works as per design and BOQ
- Other duties as assigned
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in road construction project
Other Specification
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel for preparing report
- Strong leadership skill
- Excellent organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work
- Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, budget guidelines, and contractor requirements
- 2 wheeler driving license is a must
- Hard working
