RRPK, partner NGO of WVI Nepal working in Sikai + Project, Rautahat. RRPK in desirous to procure the listed items as per detailed specification and quantity, thus invites interested and authorized service providers and vendors to participate in the competitive bidding process for the same. Considering the reasonability of offered cost, quality and delivery timeline, RRPK reserves the right to enter into a long-term agreement for the supply and delivery of the listed goods, at its sole discretion.

Interested bidders are quotation should be submitted by 05-April-2026 with updated legal documents (PAN/VAT Registration, company registration, Gharelu certificate, tax clearance 2081/82 & other related document) & also Quotation received after the specified deadline will not be considered. 

The bidder shall furnish a bid security (Refundable), from "A" class commercial bank with a minimum of 2.5%(Refundable) of the total quoted bid amount inclusive of VAT. Which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 

NGOs can establish a one-year long term agreement with the awarded bidder. Quantity of goods mentioned in RFQ document is only for reference quantity can be increased after agreement.

RRPK reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part.
