Panchtara Yuwa Samrakshak Manch is implementing SHIELD-IPF project in Bheri municipality and Nalgad municipality in partnership with WVI Nepal with its commitment to achieving CFLG status and improving child protection and overall child well-being. However, the municipality currently faces a critical gap due to the absence of a ward level Child Profile and Investment Plan. This limitation constrains evidence-based planning, prioritization, and effective decision-making.

To address this gap, the consultancy will develop a comprehensive Child Profile and Child Investment Plan, mapping existing services and interventions related to child well-being. These outputs will provide a strong evidence base to support municipal planning, enhance service delivery, and accelerate progress toward achieving CFLG standards, ensuring that children’s needs are addressed in a systematic, strategic, and sustainable manner. 

PTYSM Jajarkot hereby invites interested and eligible bidders to submit sealed bids or submit via email with PDF password protection for the supply and delivery of the following :

Bidders may submit technical and financial proposal must be clearly mentioned on subeject and bidder can send the bids through the below mention email with password protected PDF File or Shield  hardcopy to PTYSM Office. Before 21-May Till-5PM.

A one-year Long Term Framework Agreement (LTFA) may be established with the successful bidder(s), with a possible extension subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.

1. Pan Vat Registration certificate 
2. Last three years Tax Clearance certificate 
3. Working experience letters
