Revit Technician / Architectural BIM Technician

Experience

1–3 years preferred. Fresh graduates with strong Revit skills may also be considered.

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with an Architecture background will be preferred.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Ability to develop accurate and detailed 3D architectural models.
• Proficiency in preparing plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings.
• Ability to produce construction and documentation drawings from Revit models.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Understanding of architectural construction methods and building materials.
• Ability to create and modify Revit families, templates, and components.
• Good understanding of drawing standards, annotations, dimensions, schedules, and sheet setup.
• Ability to incorporate design revisions and consultant/client feedback accurately.
• Basic understanding of BIM workflows and model coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Navisworks and basic clash detection.
• Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or similar visualization software.
• Understanding of LOD (Level of Development) and BIM standards.
• Experience coordinating architectural models with Structural and MEP models.
