Job Description
- Work as a CAD Specialist responsible for preparing drawings for steel structure buildings.
- Create design drawings and construction drawings using CAD software.
- Develop BIM models using 2D/3D CAD, Tekla Structures, and Real4.
- Create models of civil engineering structures using Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Coordinate with Japanese clients and team members, providing interpretation in English or Japanese when necessary.
- Participate in teamwork and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Learn Japanese, architectural and construction terminology, and design standards through practical work.
- Acquire the necessary skills under the guidance of experienced employees.
- No prior experience required : Training in basic CAD skills and work processes will be provided.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Japanese (preferred) or English.
- Applicants with language proficiency certificates will be given preference.
- Basic CAD operating skills or the ability to learn CAD independently.
- Basic knowledge of the architecture and construction industries.
- Previous work experience with an international company or a Japanese company is an advantage.
