Heifer Project Nepal (HPN) is a Nepalese NGO working with communities to end hunger and poverty and to care for the earth. For the past 27 years, HPN has been working in holistic development involving women and youth as agents of change and households as units of economic activity to achieve sustainable development, job creation, food security, income generation, and employment promotion. Currently, HPN works on goat and dairy value chains to promote agri-businesses and create employment opportunities for farmers and various actors along value chains. Please submit the sealed quotation along with below documents to address below by 8th December 2023, 5: 00 PM. Please clearly mark in the envelope “Sealed quotation for supplying Tablet.” 

Required Documents:

• Sign and stamp in all pages on Terms of Reference (TOR) and complete Annex II and III 
• Manufacturer Authorization Letter/Authorized Distributors/Dealer Letter (Preference will be given to the vendor who will be submitting this letter)
• Company Registration
• VAT certificate
• Tax clearance certificate FY 079/80 or Tax clearance extension slip.
