Note: 

• The bidder should submit the bid security minimum 3 % of bid amount in the form of bank guarantee with validity period 30 days. (The bid security will be refunded for unsuccessful bidder).
• The successful bidder shall furnish the performance security 10 % of contract amount in the form of bank guarantee with validity period 90 days.

Please submit the sealed quotation to below address by 17th May 2024, 5: 00 PM along with below documents. Please clearly mark in the envelope “Sealed Quotation for office construction”.
