Request for quotation to production Radio PSAs

Background of the Call

To increase awareness on Medical Abortion (MA) and Family Planning (FP), the “Women’s Health Project” (WHP VI) plans to provide information through radio Public Service Announcements (PSAs). The main aim of the PSAs is to raise awareness amongst Women of Reproductive Age (WRA), Men, and the general audience on legalities relating to Safe Abortion, Medical Abortion and family planning services.

Description

Green Tara Nepal call “Request for quotation to produce Radio PSAs”. Call for the production/media houses in Kathmandu with the expertise to produce Nine radio PSAs (60-Seconds each). The activity will start in mid-March 2022.

Selection criteria

1. Registered in the Government of Nepal (GON), Ministry of Communication and Information/ of Nepal Government. Submission of updated renewal is a must. 
2. The Production/Media House should be based in the WHP project district (Kathmandu). 
3. Experience in producing health content, preferably in Family Planning and Safe abortion.
4. Dedicated producer experienced in producing health content. 

Required documents

1. Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) or Value Added Tax (VAT) 
2. Copy of Company Register (Certificate) with renewal 
3. Company profile 
4. Quotation
5. Tax Clearance
