NOTICE INVITING SEALED QUOTATIONS

Procurement of Emergency Relief, Food and Stationery Materials for Flood-Affected Families of Rasuwa, Nuwakot and Dhading

Change Action Nepal (CAN) is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-political organization, registered with the District Administration Office, Lalitpur in FY 2073/2016 (2016/17) and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council since its establishment. The organization works to end, or at the very least reduce, gender-based violence and modern-day slavery in Nepal. Through direct interventions, partnerships and grassroots action, CAN works to address the social, economic and political roots of abuse and human trafficking.

As part of its ongoing flood-response efforts, CAN is now seeking sealed quotations from registered manufacturers, firms and suppliers to supply and deliver food items and stationery materials for distribution to flood-affected families in the Rasuwa, Nuwakot and Dhading districts.

Interested and eligible suppliers/firms are invited to submit Sealed quotations for the supply and delivery of the required relief materials, in accordance with the specifications and quantities set out in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and its annexes. Sealed bids/quotations must be submitted to the address given below before the stated deadline.

Interested vendors and suppliers are requested to carefully review the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Technical Specifications (Annex) before preparing their quotations. Detailed item lists, quantities and specifications may be requested directly from CAN using the contact details below.

Quotations must be submitted as sealed bids, accompanied by clear scanned or photocopied versions of the following documents:

• Application/cover letter
• Company or firm registration certificate
• PAN/VAT registration certificate
• Tax clearance certificate (latest fiscal year)
• Company profile
• Evidence of experience or references from similar work
• Contact details of the authorized representative
• Price list, and details of any value-added services offered alongside the goods

Submissions received after the stated deadline will not be considered under any circumstances. Change Action Nepal (CAN) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations, and to make the final vendor selection at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason.
