REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

MADE Nepal is implementing an Lutheran World Relief (LWR)-funded project and intends to procure the following equipment for project activities. MADE Nepal hereby invites quotations from eligible and qualified suppliers/vendors for the supply and delivery of the following items:

Interested and eligible suppliers are requested to submit their quotation for the above-mentioned items. 

Terms and Conditions

• All equipment supplied must be new, unused and of good quality and must comply with the required specifications.
• Suppliers should provide complete technical specifications, catalogue/brochure, or product details along with the quotation, where applicable.
• The quoted price should clearly indicate VAT and all other applicable costs.
• The supplier shall be responsible for transportation and safe delivery of the equipment to the location designated by MADE Nepal.
• Installation, demonstration and commissioning shall be included where applicable, particularly for the ice flake machine and electric fish smoking chamber.
• The supplier shall provide the applicable warranty/guarantee and after-sales support.
• MADE Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason.
• MADE Nepal may request clarification or additional technical information from the suppliers during the evaluation process.
• Payment shall be made in accordance with the agreed terms after satisfactory delivery, inspection and acceptance of the supplied equipment.

Submission of Quotation

Quotations can be sent directly to MADE Nepal office in  sealed envelope or sent through email in following email ; info@madenepal.org , contact@madenepal.org under subject line “Quotation for Supply of Equipment under LWR-Funded Project”
