Women's Rehabilitation Centre (WOREC) is a prominent national non-governmental organization established in 1991 dedicated to preventing violence against women and girls, addressing its root causes, and ensuring the economic, social, and cultural well-being of women and marginalized groups.

WOREC is planning a training event in Kathmandu for Human Rights Defenders of Madhesh and Lumbini province from June 2, 2024 to June 7, 2024. The participants will arrive on the evening of June 2 and check-out on June 7 after breakfast.

We hereby invite reputable hotels to submit sealed quotations for the provision of accommodation and food services for the event. The event will host 25 to 30 participants over a period of 6 days. Please ensure that you have disabled friendly services.

1. Residential Training (full board package) - meeting hall, room, breakfast lunch, dinner, and 2 times tea/coffee with cookies - Single Occupancy: 25 to 30 pax
2. Residential Training (full board package) - meeting hall, room, breakfast lunch, dinner, and 2 times tea/coffee with cookies - Double Occupancy: 25 to 30 pax
3. Breakfast
4. Lunch
5. Dinner
6. Hotel Room - Single Occupancy
7. Hotel Room - Double Occupancy

Interested suppliers are requested to submit the following documents:

1. Quotations with the aforementioned specification for full board package and separate rates for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Hi-Tea, Accommodations and tea/coffee with cookies with a validity until 31 December, 2024. 
2. Company registration certificate
3. VAT/PAN registration
4. Tax Clearance
