Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 1995 to improve the socio-economic and cultural status of marginalized and disadvantaged communities. Based in Harion Municipality, Sarlahi District, BWSN works across various thematic areas, including health, WASH, governance, livelihoods, education, and climate resilience. With nearly three decades of experience, BWSN has implemented numerous projects aligned with national development priorities and aimed at promoting inclusive development at the community level.

Under its mission to empower marginalized communities and strengthen local governance, BWSN is implementing the Nutrition Awareness Project through Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).

The project aims to promote nutrition awareness through Civil Society Organizations and strengthen community participation and engagement in nutrition-related activities.

As part of the project, BWSN is looking for professional and eligible individual consultants or consulting firms with sufficient experience and capacity to provide Social Audit and Public Hearing consultancy services. Interested and eligible individuals or firms are invited to participate in this Request for Quotation (RFQ) process.

• Details specification and required quality are described in the ToR which can be downloaded from the below link or service providers also can collected from the BWSN office Harion-11, Sarlahi.
• The RFQ document will be issued from 23 August 2026 onwards.
• The deadline for submission of RFQ documents is 27 August 2026 by 17:00 Hrs.
• Registered firm and Individual consultants also can apply this RFQ with below documents:

For Firm:

Copy of firm PAN/VAT Registration

Copy of firm Registration 

Latest Tax clearance certificate

Experience related documents if any.

For Individual consultant:

Copy of Latest CV

PAN/VAT registration documents

Citizenship

Experience related documents if any.

• RFQ document collection and submission must be from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm from Sunday to Friday except BWSN holidays. 
• Service providers can submit the RFQ proposals via email with below mentioned email address and also can submit the hardcopy within the stipulated time. 
• Any RFQ received after the closing deadline shall be returned directly to the Service Providers. If the last date of submission and opening falls on holiday, the next working day would be the last date.
• BWSN reserves the right to award either fully or partially as per requirement.
• BWSN office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the service providers in connection with the preparation or delivery of RFQ.
