Rupantaran, national NGO is implementing "Promoting Nature-based Solutions for Mitigating Wildfire Risks to Restore Farm-Forest-Water Nexus Through Locally Approaches in Nepal" (PunarUtthaan) consortium with LWR. Rupantaran as a  consortium, is responsible for implementing field activities of PunarUtthaan project conducting in Kapilvastu, Arghakhanchi, Kailali and Surkhet specific to wildfire prone palikas.

Quantity Requirement 

Note: The offer or must propose their offer inclusive all Govt taxes

Eligibility/Criteria:

• The applicant should have at least 3 years of company registration.
• The applicant should have experience of supplying DRR/Emergency/ Fire fighting related items and have banking transaction of Nepal,
  

Document Requirement:

• Authorization certificate for distribution of the proposed items,
• Company/Firm registration Certificate,
• Copy of PAN/VAT certificate,
• Latest Tax clearance certificate,

Interested Company/Firm can submit their sealed quotation to PunarUtthan field office (in the above mentioned address) within 7 days of notice published. If the last date of submission falls on a public holiday, next working day shall be considered as the last date.

Rupantaran reserves the right to accept or reject  proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
