PHASE Nepal, a national NGO, is seeking qualified registered suppliers to provide their best price quote for the supply and delivery of following mentioned items; 

• 9840 chicks – Giriraj Breed (30% male and 70% female)
• Drinker (8litre) and Feeder (8 kg capacity) - 492 set
• Chicken Feed (Dana) Starter (5kg/packet)- 492packet 

Required Specifications:

• Girirajchicks (6-8 weeks), not less than 450 grams and vaccinated as per vaccination cycle, as per the recommendation of Vet-doctors.
• The Chicks should be robust and healthy (free from any kind of diseases).
• It is supplier's responsibility to deliver healthy and live chicks to Gandaki, Ajirkot and Dharche Rural Municipality-Gorkha.
• Drinker and feeder should be of standard design/norms.
• The supplier should be registered in VAT and should enclosed latest tax clearance, registration documents in sealed quotation.
