Alliance Asia Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is a Nepal-based development consulting organization committed to advancing sustainable development through strategic communications, public engagement, policy dialogue, research, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. AAN works closely with government agencies, development partners, civil society, and the private sector to design and implement impactful initiatives that promote inclusive development and meaningful social change across Nepal.

1. Background

Business Advantage Pvt. Ltd. and Alliance Asia Nepal Pvt. Ltd. in consortium are implementing the EU Global Gateway Communications Campaign in Nepal (2026–2027) under NDICI ASIA/2025/483-352.

The campaign's creative architecture is centred on a series of five interconnected videos, anchored by

an Anthem Video featuring an original commissioned Nepali composition and a companion Music Video. The production will be implemented in two phases, with teaser videos scheduled for release in August 2026, followed by the Anthem Video and Music Video in September 2026.

To support this initiative, we invite proposals from qualified and experienced Nepali video production companies to produce these campaign assets in accordance with the approved creative framework, technical specifications, and production timeline.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Interested applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum three years of professional video production experience in Nepal or South Asia.
• Demonstrated experience producing youth-focused, digital-first content for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels.
• Proven portfolio of at least two multi-location narrative or documentary-style productions.
• Experience filming in challenging field environments, including remote locations and varied
• production conditions.
• Proficiency in professional video editing, colour grading, and audio mixing.• Capacity to deliver both vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) video formats.
• Fluency in Nepali.

The following qualifications will be considered an advantage:

• Previous experience producing content for international development organizations or EU- funded programmes.
• Familiarity with EU Global Gateway visibility and communication guidelines.
• Experience working with influencers, artists, or public figures.• In-house motion graphics and animation capability.
• Existing operational networks and location experience in Karnali, Sudurpashchim, and Koshi Provinces.
