Consultant for Health and Nutrition Chatbot

World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) is a non-profit humanitarian INGO working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice through development and emergency response programmes.

The Nepal Innovation Lab (NLab) at WVI Nepal is developing a comprehensive Health and Nutrition Chatbot to provide timely, accurate, and relevant health and nutrition information to vulnerable populations across Nepal, particularly in rural communities. The chatbot aims to improve access to essential information through an internet-based platform and support better health and nutrition outcomes in the areas where WVI Nepal operates.

WVI Nepal hereby invites sealed proposals from eligible, qualified, and experienced consultants/firms for the design, development, implementation, and subscription of the Health and Nutrition Chatbot.

Interested bidders must:

• Comply with the scope of services and requirements specified in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
• Demonstrate if proven experience in providing similar services to INGOs, NGOs, diplomatic missions, or comparable organizations.
• Meet all eligibility requirements outlined in the RFP document.

Evaluation Method

Proposals will be evaluated using the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) methodology with a 70:30 Technical-to-Financial weighting. Only bidders achieving the minimum qualifying technical score will be considered for financial evaluation. Detailed evaluation criteria are provided in the RFP document.

Any requests for clarification should be sent by email to npl_supplychain@wvi.org. Any clarification issued by WVI Nepal will be shared with all prospective bidders to ensure fairness and transparency.

Special Instructions to the bidders.

• The final deadline for the submission of the quotation is 14 July 2026 End of the day. The quotation shall be submitted via email to npl_scmbid@wvi.org
• Please be guided by the attached Request for proposal while preparing your offer. 
• Proposals submitted after the deadline or through any other medium will not be considered.
• Latest Tax Clearance certificate require.

• WVI Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason
