The anticipated award type would be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a period of performance of 12 months with issuance of Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) purchase orders (releases). DAI anticipates awarding up to 4 to 6 BPA for four (4) watersheds with an ordering period through May 30, 2025. 

Issuance of this RFQ in no way obligates DAI to award a subcontract or purchase order and offerors will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their bid.

A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a master ordering agreement that establishes unit prices for a list of goods that will be procured in varying amounts on a recurring basis over a fixed period of time.
